1. About Share&Share

Share&Share is a personal app for saving, organizing and sharing your own notes, to-dos, alarms, links, files, calculations, folders and calendar items. It includes EmSree, a voice assistant that helps you capture things and place calls. "Share&Share", "we" and "us" mean Share&Share by Setpopkar.

Share&Share is not designed for children and is not marketed as a children's app.

By using Share&Share, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. These terms apply alongside the terms and rules of the app store you got Share&Share from (Apple's App Store or Google Play) and of your device's platform.

2. Using the app

You may use Share&Share for your own personal, non-commercial use on your own devices, in line with the rules of the app store account you use. You can't sell, transfer or sublicense this permission.

Please don't use Share&Share to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• store or share content you don't have the right to share;
• harass, threaten or harm anyone, including through calls placed with EmSree;
• interfere with the app or with the services it connects to;
• decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the app, except where the law or an open-source licence that applies to part of the app allows it.

You can stop using Share&Share at any time by uninstalling it. There is no account to close.

3. Your content

• It's yours. Everything you create or save in Share&Share belongs to you, or to whoever you got it from.
• It stays with you. Share&Share keeps your content on your device. We don't operate a server that receives your content, so you don't give us any rights to it.
• You're responsible for it. Make sure you have the right to save, share and sync what you put in Share&Share, especially files and links that belong to others.

4. Our content

The Share&Share app, including its original code, design and written content, the Share&Share app icon and the EmSree logo, and the names "Share&Share", "S&S", "EmSree" and "Setpopkar", are owned by the developer.

Share&Share is also built with third-party and open-source software, and it uses services provided by Apple, Google and others. Those belong to their owners and are covered by their own licences and terms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights those licences give you.

5. Third-party services

Some features rely on services we don't control, such as:

• the cloud storage provider you choose for sync, used with your own account;
• speech recognition;
• YouTube link previews;
• your device's own backups;
• phone calls;
• the apps you share with or open links in.

Those services have their own terms and may change or stop working. Cloud copies and exported backups are not encrypted by Share&Share, so store and share them carefully. Disconnecting sync doesn't delete the files already in your cloud storage.

6. Calls and EmSree

EmSree can call people in your device's contacts when you ask. Before any call is placed, EmSree shows who it will call, gives you a short time to review it, and waits for you to confirm. Please check the name and number before you confirm. The call is made by your phone and your carrier, and your normal call charges may apply.

Share&Share is not an emergency service. Don't rely on it to contact emergency services.

7. Advertising

The free version of Share&Share shows a small number of non-personalized ads, provided by Google AdMob. Ads never receive your Share&Share content. If an ad takes you to another website or app, that website or app is responsible for its own content. Share&Share Premium removes ads.

8. Premium

Share&Share Premium is an optional one-time purchase that permanently removes ads. It is not a subscription, and every core Share&Share feature stays available for free.

• Premium is bought through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Their terms, including their refund rules, apply to the purchase.
• You can restore Premium on your devices through the same store account you used to buy it.
• Premium can't be shared with a family group.

9. Reminders and other limitations

Share&Share depends on your device and its operating system. Please keep in mind:

• Reminders and alarms are delivered by your device's notification system, and device settings, battery saving or permissions can delay or stop them. Don't rely on Share&Share alone for anything critical.
• Voice recognition can make mistakes. Check what was captured before you rely on it.
• Third-party services can fail or change.
• We can't recover data that existed only on a lost, reset or damaged device, so keep copies of anything important.

Share&Share is offered as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for losses caused by these limitations or by services we don't control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can't be changed by agreement.

10. Updates

We keep improving Share&Share. Updates may include bug fixes, security updates, maintenance, improvements and feature changes. Your content lives on your device and, if you choose, in your own cloud storage, so it stays yours as the app is updated.

11. Privacy

How Share&Share handles your information is explained in our Privacy Policy (https://shareandshare.setpopkararts.com/privacy).

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app or its rules change. We will update the effective date on this page. For material changes, we will provide an appropriate notice.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
